What should you bring to our next Fix-Up?

We are gearing up for our second Fix-Up event, and hope you are too.

We’ll have a few bike fixers on hand to do light repair and maintenance, so ride your two-wheeler to the event! We’ll also have a seamstress with a sewing machine, and a few generally handy folks volunteering their services. Stu and his magical MakerBot 3D printer will be here as well. If you’ve got something that might need a plastic piece replaced, Stu might be able to print that piece for you!

Tool donations are greatly appreciated, so if you have some hand or power tools in good working condition that you’d like to get rid of, please bring them Saturday night. You can also drop them off at Kitchen Sink any day you’d like, please e-mail ally@communityglueworkshop.org to arrange a convenient time.

If you’d like to lend a hand as a fixer, bring a tool kit (if you’ve got one) and roll up your sleeves!

Last month’s Fix-Up was a blast, and we’re hoping to top it this weekend! Tell your friends and neighbors, and feel free to bring the kids along.
